The INCANDA Guarantee

All Incanda products are made of high quality materials. If you take proper care of your couch, it could easily last you a lifetime, while normal wear and tear will add to its character and authenticity. As with motor vehicles and many other products, the lifespan of your leather couch will be more closely related to the frequency and severity of usage than to the number of years of usage. This means that we cannot guarantee your couch for a specific period of time. However, this does not imply that we will not take responsibility for any mistakes made by us. Should you encounter any problem with your couch, please inform us immediately. We will assess the problem and if, by mutual agreement, it was caused by the use of inferior material or poor craftsmanship and not by normal (or excessive) wear and tear, we will be happy to repair the damage at no cost. It is, however, logical that we will be much more sympathetic should a problem arise in the first year or two than after 10 years.

Please keep your invoice and this guarantee form for future reference.

To prolong the lifespan of your couch, please take care of the following:

• Never position your couch in direct sunlight as this will cause very rapid colour fading. We cannot take responsibility for colour fading.
• Avoid spilling water, coffee, etc. on your couch. If spills do occur, immediately wipe them with a damp cloth.
• Treat your couch with leather food once every three to six months, or even more often when living in coastal or arid areas.
• Remove the inner of the cushions (with loose filling) and puff it up as needed, to avoid the filling to lose its buoyancy. The couch’s frame and leather will outlast the cushion filling. You are welcome to return the cushions for one complimentary refill, which might be needed within the first five years.
